About Cam Scofield

This website was created for use in my major, while attending Bradley University. The site has been built and rebuilt over my college career. It was once a product of Dreamweaver, then in IM 213 the final project was to make the website entirely in Adobe Flash. Then over the next year it transformed into a mesh of school projects with no form, structure or navigation. During this time I learned how to build a website properly and will never touch Dreamweaver again and use flash were it should be used to enhance a website not be the whole website. Now I am rebuilding the site in Drupal in an attempt to further my skills with content management systems.

Recent Projects

My three of my most recent projects:

1. I was on the development team for the build of a video game for the Microsoft Kinect. This project had more than 2,000 lines of code using C# and JavaScript. I learned a lot about team work and coding. I also worked to build the website for this project using WordPress.

2. I built a site using Drupal for a final project to compete with other classmates for the first page of google search results. While i did not get the first on google I did dominate the front page, leaving my competition to be unnoticed on the second page. (many of these sites no longer exist)

3. A team project in which we built a game using the HTML5 canvas tag and javascript.
